How to Decrypt Data Flagged by a Specific Classifier Across All Devices

If you need to decrypt all files classified under a specific classifier across multiple devices, follow these steps:

Step 1. Navigate to Deployment > Classifiers > Active Classifiers, find the classifier, and click its name to open the settings.

Step 2. Click Next until you reach the Actions screen.

Step 3. Scroll down to the Manage Encryption section and uncheck the Encrypt Data box.

The agents will display Pending while the files are being decrypted. Wait until the agents finish the decryption process and show Online.
