This guide explains how to locate Actifile log files on Windows and macOS.
Follow the steps below to locate Actifile log files.
On Windows
Actifile logs are stored in two locations:

Actifile Agent and Actifile Updater logs:
C:\Program Files (x86)\Actifile Agent\Log
Actifile Service Manager logs (runs in user mode):C:\Users\YOUR_WINDOWS_USER_NAME\AppData\Roaming\Actifile\Log
On MacOS
Navigate to /Library/Application Support/Actifile/

For crash logs, check the Console as shown below:

If a process sample is required, it can be captured using Activity Monitor:
