This guide outlines the procedure to remove agents from the previous tenant and reinstall them under the new tenant.
Removing Agents from the Previous Tenant

Log in to the Actifile Portal:
Access the portal for the tenant that currently manages the devices. Before removal, disable encryption on the workstations in the device settings, and copy the agent uninstall key from the Deployment tab. -
Uninstall the Agents:
Use the previously copied uninstall key to remove the agents from the devices. -
Clean Up Device Records:
In the same tenant portal, navigate to the Deployment tab, select “Installed Devices,” choose the devices from which agents were uninstalled, and click delete to remove them from the reports.
Installing Agents in the New Tenant

Log in to the New Tenant's Actifile Portal:
Copy the agent install/tenant key from the Deployment tab. -
Install the Agents:
Deploy the agents on the devices using the new tenant’s install/tenant key.
