Once you install the Actifile agent for Windows or Mac, it scans local MS365 files (such as Word, Excel, and others) like any other files stored on the device.

Microsoft 365 cloud storage

Actifile agents only scan files stored in Microsoft 365 cloud storage when they sync to a local device.

Use the Actifile Cloud & NAS Agent to scan the entire contents of cloud drives. It can run a one-time scan or provide continuous monitoring.
