Where Do I Find My Agent Install/Uninstall Key?

Your install and uninstall keys are essential for connecting or disconnecting devices from your account. This guide explains how to find the keys for all customers under your MSP account, as well as for a specific customer using the Customer Portal.

Partner Portal (All Customers’ Keys)

Old interface:

Log in to the Partner Portal and navigate to the Customers tab. You’ll find the keys in the Tenant Key column.

New interface:

Open the Tenants page in your Partner Portal and look under the Installation Key column.

 

Note: Each MSP tenant account has a unique key. Do not mix keys between accounts.

Customer Portal

There are two ways to locate the Install Key in the Customer Portal: from the Deployment page or the Settings page.

From the Deployment page

Go to my.actifile.com and log in to your account. Navigate to Deployment Installation. Here are your keys.

From the Settings page

Old interface:

Open the my.actifile.com portal and log in to your account. Go to Settings > General Settings.

Scroll down the page. Here are your keys. 

New interface:

Click the gear icon in the top right corner of the screen and select Settings.

Ensure you are on the Customer Settings tab.
